I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Medtronic (Boulder, CO) in Jan 2019
Interview
Applied online. Got a reply after a couple of weeks. Had a conversation with a recruiter, then with a hiring manager and then was brought onsite with the rest of the team. Overall, invested a substantial amount of time and effort to go through an interview process. A couple of hours after I came on site and spent half of my day there, they sent me a generic HR message saying that I wasn't selected. No word from the hiring manager. When I followed up with the hiring manager to provide at least some feedback as to why I wasn't selected, got nothing in reply. Was expecting more from a company like Medtronic.
