Medtronic interview questions

Applied to the job through referral of friend. Recieved a phone screening; however, although the screener said she would get back to me by the end of the week, I never received any information. I emailed her back later in the week, and she never responded. Felt unresponsive & unprofessional.

I applied through my university and was selected for a primary interview. I then interviewed with an employer at Medtronic. After this interview my resume went into a "book" of resumes that was sent to hiring managers. The hiring managers then pick candidates that they would like to phone interview. The hiring manager picks who they would like to hire after the phone screening.
