Medtronic interview questions

First round filtered by HR; then interview with the team of 3-4 people, usually a manager and 2 team leads. Always better to work as a contractor first to get your feet in the door.

All STAR questions, interviewer even said it was just STAR questions. Over pretty quickly, and the interviewer was pretty quiet, just taking notes on his packet of questions. I didn't love the style of the interview, it felt almost robotic, but it worked out.
