The interview process was two part. Not painful at all, phone interview first, then face to face, but there was an excel test that needed to be done before an offer could be made. The background check can take one to two weeks. It is VERY thorough. The entire process from start to finish can take a month.

There was an application online, I have always had an interest in Teaching and was subbing during the week for Garbally college Ballinasloe. I have always wanted to travel to the UAE and start a carrier in teaching. I applied for the position online. I was contacted by email by the company to provide the relevant documents.
