I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Medtronic (Maastricht) in Jan 2014
Interview

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic in Jan 2016
Interview
Initial phone interview by recruiter led to a shadowing opportunity within Operations Division which was of great help in the face to face interview. During the shadowing day, I learned a lot about Medtronic's vision, the terms/ language they used, current projects and the organization's structure. I was able to meet people that worked there and get a feel for the office environment without being "on the spot" on an interview day. This helped me apply Medtronic's language, vision and goals to my past experiences during the face to face interview, which I believe, ultimately made the difference in getting the job.
