Medtronic interview questions

Received email from a secretary stating <name> would like to interview me by phone for the Software Engineer II position and asked me when I would be available over the next four days. I replied with timeframes and received email back within a couple hours that proposed a time. Interviewer called me promptly at the arranged time. Interview started by describing their project at a high-level and the timeframe. Then, he asked me several questions mostly asking me to describe specific terms used in OO or C++ specifically. A question or two on process terminology. Asked if I was familiar with a couple different tools. No questions about my experience. The interviewer was very polite and respectful.

I met with my manager, supervisor, and another employee. All were great and easy to talk to through out the process. I didn't do much talking, it was mainly them explaining the position, my potential work, and the business I would be entering.
