Medtronic interview questions

4 interviews spaced weeks between each other. 3 months to get on board. Expected higher offer but benefits were good bonus to accept. Managers were all kind and company has great mission value.

There were 2 rounds of technical round, based on my past projects and overall experience. Was asked various questions on past project experience and kind of role I played. Based on the responsibilities I was given how I performed in my past project. Description on the project I was interviewed for how comfortable I am in working in an offshore-onsite model. Team Lead and Team Management, documentation, client facing.
