I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Medtronic (Santa Ana, CA)
Interview
The process began with a simple phone interview regarding relevant work experience. The follow-up in-person interview went into more detail about experiences, with the goal of determining which team and which project I would be the best fit for (if any). Most questions revolved around specific duties that I had performed at previous positions, or specific skills I had learned in previous courses. Questions were straightforward and simple, and the interviewers were friendly and accessible.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Memphis, TN) in Aug 2015
Interview
Long interview process. I interviewed with at least 7 people for an hour each. Intense questions about diversity and inclusion. Very nice people but the day was long. Questions required answers with examples and solutions. Very thought provoking. Must have many examples ready for the interview. Think about previous projects and results.
Got a call back about my resume that I submitted over a career center. Was asked for a one on one interview, that lasted approximately 1 hr. Interviewer was really nice and cared about making me comfortable in the situation. He was very attentive to my answers and wrote every response down.
