Initial phone interview followed by a second phone interview. After that I traveled to the site for a series of several face to face interviews with different people, about 5-6 hours total. The majority of the questions were technical in nature and often very open ended. Everyone was very friendly throughout the entire process.

Applied 3 weeks prior to first phone interview online. A friendly lady from HR called me, and we had a 30 minute conversation. It was professional but casual. She got back to me 2 days later to schedule a phone interview with an Engineer. The interview was mostly about my past experience and skills. She asked a few behavioral questions too.

First you must go through Aerotek as a contract which is really hard considering no benefits. I received a phone interview. 2 days later I had 2 back to back interviews face 2 face. One with Aerotek and another with a Medtronic supervisor.
also you will have to take a test on site. Once you complete everything. You will need to take a drug test. The process was a easy but now I heard it's getting changed up. Good Luck on the process...Once your hire permanent you get all the parks pension and all. However the help line is not an easy job
