2-Was contacted about their interest in my resume
3-Was sent an E-screen to fill out (more details on what your're looking for, career growth, salary, travel, relocation etc)
4Set up with phone interview with Talent Aquisition Recruiter
5-Set up with phone intervew with one of the employees (Team lead/manager)
6-Set up a flight for a 1:1/group interview
7-Interview was 5 hours long back to back with managers, HR, and VP of the IT depart for Surgical Tech.
8-Also included a Business Case Assessment; kind of like a case study
9-Followed up with recruiter, provided feedback on interview process and gave information for next steps
10-Said they are putting together an offer and a start date
-A LOT of behavioral questions and explanation of life/work situations and how you reacted/resolved them.
-Be honest about your ability but make sure you mention your potential and ambition for career growth and skill deveopment
-They want to see if you value teamwork, responsibility, accountability, and if you can fit in with the company culture and are very passionate about the company mission
-you MUST know the background of the company
-Dont "Wing It". Be educated and prepared
