Got a call from HR to set up a 30 minute interview. Got called a few days later by an engineer for the interview. The first half of the interview was behavioral -- standard stuff, asked questions about how I would respond to certain situations, etc. The second 15 minutes of the interview was technical. Asked some easy and difficult questions. Topics included how to CAD certain parts, fluid mechanics, materials science, and a machine shop question.

Behavioral Interviews. Feedback & non-verbal cues from interviewers gave me a positive feeling but I didnt get the offer. H1b might be an issue cause they hired a US citizen in the position. Recruiter's feedback was misleading as she said all the interviewers were so impressed with me that they wanted to find a position for me but she never followed up on that promise.

Interviewed with a engineering manager about New College Graduate position. The interviewer was technical by nature but the interview consisted of nothing but personality and psychological questions. One thing did stick out, the interviewer stated that Med tonic is not in the business of cutting edge technology, they're into doing with existing tech to the point of no errors.
