Medtronic interview questions

Easy, straight forward, very professional and knew what they were looking for. Interviewed with several managers, 1 director and 1 team member. Company is very passionate about the business of helping people so the interview was geared towards making sure the employee was a fit for the culture. Heard back with an offer within 3 business days after the interview.

I applied online. Did not hear anything for 3 months then got an email requesting a time to talk on the phone. Phone interview with two people - lasted about 30min. Asked stuff about my resume and research eperience. Said they would get back to me after interviewing others. Never heard from them again. They never responded to a couple of emails asking for an update.
