As a former employee, I was referred for the job. I spoke with the hiring manager then went onsite and met multiple executives. The next day, the recruiter told me to hold some slots for the final round, then she became hard to get a hold of. It’s been two months since my interview and no response to my last two emails requesting status. If someone comes onsite, you owe them closure instead of ghosting.
