Medtronic interview questions

I applied online for a position at Medtronic and was contacted by a very friendly and professional recruiter for an initial phone interview. This was followed by a panel interview with the hiring manager and another team member. The questions covered technical, situational, and behavioral aspects. Despite the longer-than-average timeline, the process was thorough and well-organized, with the recruiter maintaining excellent communication throughout. Overall, it was a positive experience.
