Medtronic Marketing Project Manager interview questions

The actual interview was very formal and the interviewers did not seem very prepared. It was a surface level conversation. When I asked questions the responses were vague. I was represented by an agency who provided them with my background based on their interview process. I was expecting more pointed questions for how formal it felt.
