I met with the recruiter first for an overview. Then met with the hiring manager, other people in the group, and group heads over the course of a day. Questions mostly focused on my background, future plans etc. There was one nifty problem solving exercise related to figuring out how a device worked. There was a short technical Q&A at the end - nothing above basic undergrad level. Thought I did well on most of it, but have realized after the fact that my current company (the only one I've ever worked for) does not do design control and other process oriented activities very well. I've corrected that ignorance now, but I can only imagine how badly I must have botched questions on those aspects. Needless to say, I didn't get the job. But my impressions of the company and people were uniformly positive.
