3 steps:
1. Phone interview: the HR was very nice. Questions were basic behavioural questions such as background, experience and why this position.
2. Mingle Session: Candidates gathered together in the company's office. HR and Managers introduced the company and career path to Candidates. Then 3-4 candidates were assigned into a small group to do a rotated question session (5 mins each). In each session, the candidates can ask some questions to the manager.
3. Final interview. Three sections: self-introduction, a mini case study, and then they asked you to introduce a hobby....
