I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Meltwater (Helsinki, Südfinnland)
Interview
Initial phone interview, followed by group interview and best applicants vere invited back to personal interview.
The group "interview" was a total circus and a waist of everyones time playing games and performing in front of the audience. They also did not disclose too much details on their service/software and how and to what it can be use ,but they definitely expect you to now it, so do your googling before, if you're planning on going there to waste your time.
In the personal interview they had more than 10 ppl sitting on the other side of the table, making it feel more like jury hearing than job interview.
Mock up call to a customer (for me it was to my previous employer) - either trying to book a meeting or trying to keep an unhappy customer to continue using the service (again, you need to magically understand everything from the software and how it can be used or just work your way around it).
What were the names of the people in your table during the group interview? Whom of them would you hire/not hire for the position and why? they also asked specifically about 2 other persons who were at the group interview if I would hire them or not and of course why.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Meltwater (Tokio) in Nov 2023
Interview
Their interview process went smoothly and was very cordial. Although we were ultimately not the best fit, I enjoyed talking to the interviewer. Depending on the position, I would still consider another position at meltwater that fits better with my skillset.
