Interview
The interview process started out with a phone call screen that was mostly just receiving information about the role and general chitchat - next step was a Skype interview discussing values, motivations, career goals, etc. The final interview was a face-to-face panel interview with 3 interviewers - this looked more at work experience and skills and included a mock sales call, feedback, and then a second mock sales call. Overall, very educational experience - my interviewers were incredibly insightful and intelligent (read me like an open book and gave excellent feedback).
made it past the screening, learned from hiring manager they expect 150 dials per day, which is insane. you are a full cycle rep, how are you supposed to run any demos and close any deals if you are dialling 150 times per day. Not to mention the base pay is trash. what a joke.

Very kind and supportive team! However, I felt that the interviewer was not quite engaged from the beginning. Overall, great experience and enjoyed the process. The interview left me feeling excited about the opportunity and what it would be like to work at the company!

Friendly team. Mock sales interview for the panel. Clear about expectations (need to hustle in this role, not a chill 9-5). Asked a mix of behavioural questions and motivation questions.
