DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE IN SALES - Phone screening with recruiter - told me they looked for people with SDR experience and OTE is $90 - $100k. Well Glassdoor says lower $70s - Went to an open house interview. Some drinks and appetizers served. Said there was a product demo. Not really the case. Just some company culture stuff and who was Meltwater. Some candidates, including myself, had pink dots on their name tags. I jokingly asked if this was for the people who sucked and should not be considered. They said no, it was for people applying for Customer Success/Account Manager. Was open to either in phone screening, so okay understandable. - Go to group interview and it was not for a Sales Consultant or CX/AM position. It was to start off as an SDR and move your way up. I should note everyone I talked to there was their first job out of college. They were hiring, because they just had a lot of turnover. - Anyways they only hired those with zero experience straight out of college. I genuinely believe the pink dots were for those experienced and I was actually right when I was joking. If you are straight out of college, I would not recommend working here. Read the reviews on how much you work here. Get a job that pays a minimum of $45k to be an SDR. The job is far too stressful. If you have experience, need not apply.
