The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meltwater
Interview
First step was an extremely short phone call where no real questions are asked. The group interview is a complete joke, there were about 23 kids and the MW hiring panel talked 95% of the time. Then three hours later, they send you away to wait for a phone call that you'll get about an hour later to see if you were selected for an individual interview. No idea how they chose, because again, they talked the whole time, and also, if you're going to do hour-long individual interviews starting at 2, you can only call back about 5 people. This was an extremely disappointing experience and I'm honestly glad I was not hired, especially after just reading the other reviews on this company.
made it past the screening, learned from hiring manager they expect 150 dials per day, which is insane. you are a full cycle rep, how are you supposed to run any demos and close any deals if you are dialling 150 times per day. Not to mention the base pay is trash. what a joke.

Interview
Very kind and supportive team! However, I felt that the interviewer was not quite engaged from the beginning. Overall, great experience and enjoyed the process. The interview left me feeling excited about the opportunity and what it would be like to work at the company!

Interview
HR Screen: 30 minutes
Panel Interview: 60 minutes
Friendly team. Mock sales interview for the panel. Clear about expectations (need to hustle in this role, not a chill 9-5). Asked a mix of behavioural questions and motivation questions.
