Interview
Initial one on one leads to a group interview where you're tested on your aptitude and business skills. These group interviews are quite competitive and can last for up to 3 hours. There are both individual and group tasks that are covered during the group stage. Successful candidates are then invited to a panel interview where they are tested for their phone skills via mock calls.

Their interview process went smoothly and was very cordial. Although we were ultimately not the best fit, I enjoyed talking to the interviewer. Depending on the position, I would still consider another position at meltwater that fits better with my skillset.

Interview
I had a 30 min, one on one interview through the Boston Career Forum online. It was a relaxed and straightforward interview which made me feel comfortable answering the questions.

After applying, resumes are screened and there is an initial call with a recruiter. If successful, there is an additional pre-interview screening call with a director. Lastly, there is a traditional style interview with a team panel. Decisions are made quickly thereafter.
