Friendly process, involved a mock cold call in front of a group of employees. This was conducted multiple times with different customers to tackle various scenarios. At the end a live evaluation was given.
Positiv und freundlich. Ausreichend Zeit genommen und schnelle Rückmeldung. Das Team kennengelernt. Das Asessment Center absolviert. Viele unterschiedlieche Mitarbeiter und Execs getroffen und ausführliche Gespräche geführt. Sehr respektvoller Umgang. Gutes Klima mit den Bewerbern.
