Interview process consists of a group interview with rough 5-10 applicants. You are required to work together in a. Group to solve some sales cycle questions as well as an individual interview with a Panel of you pass the group interview.

I applied online. One and a half month later I got a brief call from a sales manager and she was basically testing my english/spanish skills, explained a little bit of the two main sales areas (Client Aqcuisition and Client Success) they had open positions and asked me which one I believed I had more fit and why. Two weeks later they invited me to a open house, very relaxed environment with beers and snacks. There we got to know everyone who works in this office and they've done a presentation about the company. There were around 30 candidates. We were more listening and short talking with everyone. No activities on that day. On the next day I was invited for a group interview. My group had 8 people and next one would have 8 more. They presented the company again, talked about the positions, selection criteria, typical career, etc. After that, each one got three min to present yourself and describe an event or achievement that well describes you. It was followed by a group activity were had to choose a company and prepare a pitch (7min) and present it (4min). Finally they asked us to talk about something we were passionate about, and convince other people about that passion(1min). This step would be followed by a final interview. They called everyone for feedback (even negative ones) in the same day. I didnt got the final interview.
