I applied online. I interviewed at Meltwater (Boston, MA) in Sep 2020
Interview
I applied online, then they reached out via email a few days later. I had the first round interview with a recruiter. She was nice and provided the opportunity to show interest in Sales and Meltwater. The second round interview was with one of the Managers in the Boston office. She was clearly distracted on the Zoom interview and only asked me one question. She cut the interview short and did not provide the opportunity for me to ask any questions. It was extremely unprofessional and discouraging. I did not get past that round but would have not even considered taking a job there had the opportunity presented itself.

Interview
I was recruited for a group interview at a university. I was sat in front of a panel of 6-7 people along with 15 others. Very intimidating vibes and all the pannel would rave about was drinking wine with their work buddies. Something was off about the experience and I felt uncomfortable and purposefully put in a position to fight for my life. I sensed an unhealthy culture within our 3 hours of interviewing and was glad that I didn't get an offer back. I came home after the interview and read all the reviews on glassdoor and they were spot on about the interview process. READ reviews before you ENTER an interview with this company! Glad I got out of that situation. Phew!
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Meltwater (New York, NY) in Feb 2019
Interview
Weirdest thing ever -- I talked to a representative at a career fair and the company sounded pretty cool. Two days later I was invited to interview in New York City a few days later. There was not much time to prepare. We were asked to fill out a long questionnaire that seemed like a get-to-know you form you would fill out at summer camp. Once I researched the company more it seemed like they were trying to sell a product that was basically Google Analytics. It seemed like the pay was very low and the sales job was mostly cold-calling. It was a very young crowd and people got promoted after just a year or two. I got shut down completely when asking if there were any room to move around the company outside of sales. The interview consisted of 16 candidates sitting in one room with about 4 people from the company. Everyone had to give little presentations in front of the whole room. It felt a lot like a popularity contest.
