Meraki Developer interview questions

Phone screen with recruiter. Recruiter seemed disinterested from the start and stated that they would follow up for a technical interview. Never received the follow up for a technical interview... Waste of time. Advice: If the resume doesn't meet your expectations, please go ahead and send a rejection email. Don't tell other candidates that you will follow up for a technical and then don't.
