I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Meraki
Interview
The first interview was a phone screen with two programming questions. I used Python. They sent me a CoderPad link for the interview, which allowed the interviewer to look at my code, and modify it or comment on it if required. The questions were followed by a standard "do you have any questions for me" type conversation.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki in Sep 2015
Interview
Met at a career fair. Went through two phone screens. They were not very difficult, and after just those two it's on to the hire/no hire. I would say pretty standard for your average mid/high-end tech company for internships. Recruiters are quite nice, and the process is not too long. The offer terms are quite nice, and the culture is quite evident along the way.
