It started with a 30 minute phone screen interview, then within a few days, they invited me back for a face-to-face interview. That was scheduled a week later. I came in for 3-4 hours and met with 3 managers, and one director. They each interviewed on a specific topic. For example, one manager interviewed me based on culture-fit, the next on technical knowledge, etc. They had an offer on the table within a few days after my face-to-face interview. I found them to be extremely punctual, prompt and efficient. The inside recruiter also did a great job of selling me on Meraki as a company, and their products, as I had other higher salary offers in front of me, and I still chose Meraki because she sold me on the future and opportunities at Meraki.
