I applied through college or university. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki in Nov 2017
Interview
Everyone was very friendly, questions weren't difficult.
2 technical phone screens and then was asked for my transcript.
Process was pretty quick until after the final technical phone interview, when I waited for over a month to hear about a decision.
Zero reason/feedback given as to why so I don't really know what they were looking for.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview process consisted of 1 OA and 3 interviews. Wasn’t too hard and the interviewers/recruiter were really nice. The interviewers made sure to make it feel like a conversation and not an interrogation.

Question 1
Finish a coding task with some code filled out already
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Meraki in Sep 2021
Interview
The process took about 2.5 months (applied in early August, got the offer in early October).
First, I got a coding assessment with easy~medium Leetcode style questions. Then, I was sent a written screen to fill out in lieu of virtual screening. After that, I moved on to the first technical interview, conducted over CoderPad. This involved pair-programming to problem-solve a non Leetcode style question with multiple parts that built upon each other. The final round was similar to the previous round, though it wasn't pair-programming and it was a multi-part Leetcode medium question.
Overall, the interviewers and recruiter(s) were super friendly and helpful. I learned a lot about the company and the work they do.
