The interview process is standard. 1. Tech screen 2. Take home test. 3. Coding 4. System design 5. tech deep dive 6. Hiring manager - team fit (age - prefer around 30s +/- 5yrs) 7. recruiter wraup. Most of the tech is around troubleshooting and scripting. All interviewers are aged 25-35 years, so "culture" fit important. If you don't fit in that age group, chances are less even though you cracked all interviews. Cisco does not share interview feedback other than the template rejection "We chose another candidate who fits better ..."

1. Phone screen with internal recruiter (30 min) 2. Technical interview (1 hour) Didn't progress beyond this point, but my understanding was that the next step would have been a 4-5 hour interview with various people on the team.
