Phone Screening with recruiter, then phone interview with Inside Sales Manager, then in person interview with 4 different managers/directors. Each spends 30 minutes focusing on different areas of the business, technical knowledge, culture, sales process, etc. My recommendation is to study the website in great detail. Learn one or two things about each product line, and be able to speak to them. Watch the webinars on the site, and understand what sets Meraki apart from competitors. Not a hard interview if you understand very, very basic networking terminology, and can speak in specifics on past sales performance.
