I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Meraki
Interview
4 x interviews, from Manager to VP. Exceptional HR support. Not trying to catch you out but more of a character fit. Looking for down to earth and not a hard nosed sales person.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2014
Interview
I was contacted through a recruiter. Interview was rushed, unprofessional, over the phone. Basic networking question were asked. You must know all the layers of OSI Model. It was about 25 minutes. If you can, try and get a skype interview instead of a phone. It is much more difficult on phone.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki (London, England) in Apr 2013
Interview
1st step was a phone call with the technical support manager. This lasted about 30 minutes and was a chance to get to know the company and role as well as a few technical questions. These questions were about the fundamentals of networking but goes into quite deep detail.
2nd stap was an onsite interview at thier London office. The office is very cool and Google like and employees clearly enjoy being there. This was a much more in depth technical interview with whiteboard scenarios etc.
3rd Step was a call with senior management in the US and was more of a character interview than a technical one.
4th and final step was they flew me out to San Francisco for an onsite interview there. Had an awesome time. Interview was similar to the London onsite.
