I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Meraki (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2018
Interview
It was an HR plus technical interview for nearly about 30 minutes each. Hr included generic situation based questions. Though the interviewer was very friendly and did her best to make me feel comfortable before we started, I maintained the pace throughout. Technical questions were pretty basic fro networking field. She did say she was very satisfied with the answers I gave.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Poorly skilled interviewer - overspeaks about the role giving me useless information about her personal career and how she got there, eventually asks me to talk about myself - I have a chance to speak for 10 mins. 2 questions from my side to know more about the role. She then says time is up as it was supposed to be a 30 minute chat. Feedback after 2 days - I wasn't concise enough and there was no time for questions. Ridiculous
I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Meraki (London, England)
Interview
It started with a telephone interview with the recruiter from Meraki, moved on to another telephone interview, this time a tech screening focusing on my tech skills. This was very in-depth on networking. Touching anything and everything between OSI model to hold timers in BGP. After this interview, another 5 Telephone interviews 2 of these were techier and 3 was more about the personality and business skills. Then invited to Meraki HQ for face 2 face meeting with hiring manager and 3 other people + reqruiter.
Overall i like the experience, Meraki really wants to hire the right people so the process is quite lengthy but i love that they put a hard effort in finding that person.
