I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Meraki (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Applied through employee referral. 1st phone interview with HR rep for the screening, then 2nd phone interview with hiring manager, 3rd interview took place with people from different organization. It went quite well but after all I didn't get the chance to move forward to the final interview
I applied online. I interviewed at Meraki (London, England) in Feb 2017
Interview
Very long-winded. I had three calls with people from three different countries, then asked to attend in person. I was at their London office for over 3.5h. I had to take a half day from work.
Everyone was happy and polite but what a waste of time to have to meet the entire team like that. The time I spent on all interviews combined was 7h.
I was not offered the job so I asked for feedback but was told they do that. What a waste of time.
