Interview
Recruiters were fast and responsive, and terrible with feedback delivery. The HR interviewers were bad, you'd think HR would be more prepared in conducting interviews. After two phone interviews, I was invited for an on-campus one with three HR people. During the on-campus interview, I knew I was not interested in this company as I kept asking "why do you like to work here" and was given the same answer you find anywhere else in the valley "collaborative, hard working culture". When I probe for more, nothing else came. Disappointed. Then I was given a case study and the person who I was solving this case for did not even showed up to the panel. Surprised when the same person was my last interviewer, who during the interview kept looking at the clock and showed no interested on my background and no questions on the case study she missed.

Interview
4-5 Phone / Video interviews plus written assignment. After all that, I get no response (even though the director lady has told me she will get back to me the following week, I received no message for over 3 weeks). When I followed up, they finally replied saying "At this time we have decided to move forward with candidates whose experience more closely aligns with our needs in the role." - which was totally fine... but then a week later, I saw the same ad for the same position go up online.
It would have been nice to receive an actual reply without me chasing when I have committed to them for such a lengthy interview process.
Thanks for wasting my time - a little bit of respect, common courtesy would have been nice.
