The recruiter was prompt, friendly, and informative. I did not like the work-life balance, which they described as excellent, but somehow still amounted to 45-50 hours per week.
I did two technical phone screens. Both questions were average, though they were pretty similar. I expected them to ask different questions to get a better sense of my problem solving skills. The questions were also kind of bland, without layers. Ideally you should present a simple problem, then present more difficult versions of that problem as the candidate solves each stage.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Meraki (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2016
Interview
The Interview was ok, in my case they were looking for a Senior so not having the at least 6 years of experience on different renamed companies was my problem.
They first sent me and email and after that the call, the whole process took less than a week.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
e Great experience interviewing with Meraki overall. This recruiting team is ON TOP OF IT. My recruiter made it a very streamlined experience and set proper expectations for each step of the process.
1) Phone screen with recruiter
2) 1:1 phone call with inside sales manager asking very basic sales aptitude questions
3) 4 in person 1;1 with managers of varying levels. Like the other reviews suggest, KNOW THE PRODUCT and competitors. A good place to start is the company website, but be prepared to understand possible customer objections and a bit about the industry.
