I submitted my interest through their web portal. From there I was contacted and had several phone interviews followed by several in person interviews. Some of the interviews were very general where we were each trying to get to know each other. The others were technical asking about things ranging from Spanning Tree, redundancy, stacking, DHCP process, basic routing, wireless concepts, and a handful of things about Mobile Device Management.
I found most of the process to be a bit redundant as the same questions came up over and over. There was a 3 person live interview at the end where each of them take an hour and then pretty much try to test you in various areas. The thing that each of the live interviews had in common was pretending you were in front of a customer going through a scenario and talking them through their infrastructure.
To be honest, I found the process to have an average if not low difficulty. If you have been in the industry for 10+ years designing solutions and speaking to customers, this really is no sweat. But this process really weeds out those who are the most well rounded. Knowing everything doesn't necessarily mean you can turn around and explain to those who are not technical at all.
Overall, very positive experience. I thought the process took a bit longer than it should but there were other variables in play.
