Meta Data Scientist interview questions

Started with a recruiter call to discuss my background and role expectations. Then a 45-min technical screen focused on SQL and a short case study—fairly standard, Leetcode easy/medium level. Onsite had 4 loops: SQL-heavy technical skills, analytical execution (business problem-solving), analytical reasoning, and a behavioral. The final round with the hiring manager involved scenario-based high-level problem-solving. Overall the questions included optimizing SQL queries, identifying patterns in datasets (practice as much as you can), and breaking down business problems. Nothing too tricky, but preparation was key. Mock sessions on Prepfully were a big help for understanding analytical and behavioral questions. Took around 4 weeks to get feedback after the final round.

Applied via referral. Contacted by recruiter. Had to bench because the openings in Seattle weren't reflected in the openings on the website. Continued a few months later. Went through rounds mostly with SQL and product sense.
