Three rounds of virtual interviews, starting with the hiring manager, and moving to the director and finally the vice president. Each was friendly enough, and none of the questions were particularly challenging as the interview style was conversational. As a passive candidate who was approached by the hiring manager via LinkedIn, I expected some level of feedback after the third interview, but I was ghosted by the hiring manager that initially contacted me.
