I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Meta (Menlo Park, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
It was a long process, but it was due to the nature of the role - other than length, everything else was wonderful!
Back in April, a recruiter reached out to me. I wasn't ready to interview at the time but we agreed to stay in touch, and when I became interested I let her know that I was available. As it happened, several roles were opening up, so I met with a couple of folks off site before coming in for two rounds of onsite interviews.
Every interviewer was prepared, friendly, and whip-smart. The recruiting team was efficient and responsive.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Meta
Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial conversation with the recruiter, a hiring screen, and a full loop interview. The team was extremely efficient with scheduling, and Karen Purdy was outstanding throughout the entire process. She provided thorough preparation support at each stage, including background information on each interviewer and clear guidance on their specific focus areas. Karen was truly wonderful to work with and made the experience both smooth and engaging. Her support made me even more excited about the opportunity to join Meta.
