I applied online. I interviewed at Meta (London, England) in Sep 2019
Interview
I had applied for a Tech Recruiter role at Facebook London 9 months before being contacted by one of their Recruiter. We scheduled a call end of August 2019, the Recruiter didn't call - apparently a technical issue that led the interview to be booked in the wrong day on her end. We finally had a telephone interview in Sept and agreed to reconnect in a few months. Few months later, I reach out, she offers to schedule another call (yay). She cancelled the call the day of the interview (said she was running an event that will run over) and offered to speak on the following Monday. Never heard back. I followed-up by email, she never responded - it has been 1.5 months now.
As a Recruiter myself, I'm unimpressed by the quality of the work of their Talent Acquisition folks. Interest lost.

sourcing strategies
working with difficult hiring managers
It was fine. I applied about 10 times, and then a sourcer reached out to me. There were several rounds of interviews, so of which had better people than others. One recruiter was late to my interview, that was annoying
