I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Meta in Jun 2022
Interview
Recruiter call from a recruiter than reached out to me, then a product sense and a product execution interview (45 minutes each), then an onsite. Onsite comprises of more of the same, plus some behavioral.
Not sure if everyone else had this experience, but my interviewers were absolutely terrible. I also received offers from other FAANG companies and other large tech companies and had wonderful processes with all of them. In Meta's case, mine came across as standoffish and like they thought too highly of themselves. I left my interviews stunned that that was who Meta thought to put in front of prospective candidates. Disgracefully bad
