Wasn't too great interviewers were consistently late. I didn't appreciate that. After the Second round of interviews I decided not to proceed. All in all terrible experience. Wish it were better.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta in Jun 2020
Interview
Typical Meta process - screen, 2 interviews. I had an interviewer not show. The recruiter scrambled to find an alternative person. Luckily it was a more senior person and they were more open about culture and business direction than the recruiter or other interviewer. I ended up pulling out of the process.

Question 1
What kind of app would you build to improve the grocery shopping experience?
Strightforward interview, product sense, frameworks, culture fit, behavioral. Lot of pre-interview group zoom calls to learn about Meta and teams, anecdotally a lot of people in their nice kitchens and showing their back yards.
