I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Meta in Mar 2024
Interview
Applied in January and received an invitation via email in March;
First step was a phone screen with the recruiter about 30minutes, they didn't actually check the background. The interview began with mostly technical questions as a Linux administrator and troubleshooting steps. Rejected after a week.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meta (Fort Worth, TX) in Sep 2025
Interview
pretty chill, not too technical just unix based questioning as well as team fit. They are wanting to see how you think and act when placed in certain environments based on situations.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Gallatin, TN) in Jan 2024
Interview
Setting up an interview was quite easy. Recruiter reach out and streamlined the process.
Passed the phone screening and moved on to talking with a technician and 4 in the morning.
This interview was not very friendly and straight to the point. You could tell the person was reading from script of questions and didn’t really have any interest other than completing the questions and getting the exact answers they are expecting.
Some questions were re asked like what was your greatest accomplishment from your past company.
Overall a negative experience due to the engineer mis pronouncing questions and not engaged into helping the process.
