I interviewed at Meta (London, England) in May 2024
Interview
Fairly straight forward.
Recruiter to hiring manager to a panel of three peers, all virtually. All questions were behavioural. They didn’t really ask much about my experience or anything industry related, just what I would do in certain situations.

Four rounds, three behavioral interviews with "Tell me about a time..." type of questions then I was handed a case and I had to present to 3 internal employees. Finally I had an interview with the Country manager which was all behavioral and more tied to values.
