I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Meta in Aug 2021
Interview
Questions and process similar to what others have written here.
Didn't get any meaningful feedback after spending a substantial amount of time on preparing for and going through interviews, which I find disrespectful and unprofessional.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2021
Interview
For the first round, I was asked a series of detailed questions walking through how I would make decisions around all the details of a hypothetical study - including how I would determine sample size and what methods I would use. I heard back a week or so later.
First interview (after the phone screen with the recruiter) with a UXR based in California.
Next round is a presentation (which I haven't done yet).
No time for introduction or background questions- dive right into the interview questions.

Question 1
Pick a favorite non-Facebook app and share one's approach/method/reasoning. The timeline is 3-5 weeks and we want to study users who have been using the app but stopped returning and we want to know who they are and what are the factors.
How do I determine sample size?
