I applied online. I interviewed at Meta in Sep 2018
Interview
The usual interview process at facebook for fresh grads, first you get the basic technical phone interview, then you get the on-site interview. The on-site interview has two coding and one interview regarding your personality and professional skills.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Meta (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
First applied through a reference and got an email from the recruiter for scheduling a technical interview over the phone. Was given enough days for preparation and a couple of reference videos as well which are there on facebook's career page.
The interview lasted for 45 minutes. Was asked only one question. Interviewer introduced themselves and directly jumped on to the problem. Gave me 5-10 minutes in the end to ask questions.
Good experience as it was my first interview ever and that too with Facebook. Lacked Practice.
