I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meta in Sep 2021
Interview
Got the technical phone screen round. 2 questions approx LC mediums on arrays and graphs. Absolutely no behaviorial aspect. Time afterward to ask questions. Interviewer was okay. I asked what soft skills do you recommend having as a SWE intern, and he said you don't really need soft skills unless you are higher up. Lol.
