Meta Manager interview questions

First was an interview with the hiring manager. Then the recruiter prepped me for the loop. The prep was extensive and they were very transparent about what they would cover and look for. First was a presentation I had to give to a group of about 10 covering my experience. Then I had 4 different 45 minute 1:1 conversations with different people covering different abilities.

Amazing process!!! Respectful, clear, with strategic stakeholders! There are some steps, the first one you talk with the recruiter, then with your manager, in the last step, called full loop , you speak with 5 interviewers, who will make a evaluation about you.
