Well organised, a bit predictable. The interviewers were friendly but to be honest did not give me an impression that I would want to work at Facebook myself. I find the company culture too Silicon Valley “cult”-like

HR briefing on the interviews first and then there're 3 rounds of interview co nducted at the same day. The HR provides good information on the interview areas. Questions are focused on market knowledge, problem solving and team work.
